We totally gutted the kitchen. Cabinet Crafters did all the cabinet work. Some of their work included installing wood front cabinets, glass front cabinets, faux cabinet fronts, and a wooden range hood. I love the glass front cabinets, self-closing feature. under-mount electric plug-ins. and plug-ins on each end of the island. The new appliances fit perfectly with the new cabinets.
Our designer and main contact suddenly left the company without ever contacting us. The owner and our builder had several issues with the project partially due to a lack of communication. For all the money that was spent on our kitchen and master bath, everything should be perfect, and it is far from it. Due to a flaw in the design of the kitchen, I had called and requested a small change be made by simply rotating the island and was advised by the owner that he wanted nothing to do with it and that it wouldn't be worth his time. This design flaw would have never happened if they would have inspected everything thoroughly prior to install. Oh ya, our dishwasher doesn't fit into the cabinetry as well even though they had all the dimensions prior to the build.......need I continue!!!!! Wouldn't you think that if you paid $45,000 that they would do everything in their power to make things right???? Very disappointed and will never recommend their services.
We used Cabinet Crafters several months ago to remodel our kitchen. We were very satisfied with their service and product.
Overall, we are pleased with the final product. I recommend them and am starting the process of hiring them for some additional cabinet work.
